It has a beautiful straw colour with slightly greenish reflections, with intense scents of white flowers and fruit exacerbated by a delicate minerality. This Gavi offers a fresh, good structure matched with elegance and pleasantness, well-balanced acidity and good persistence at the end.

Goes perfectly with oysters as an aperitif and equally well with whites meats, fish and vegetables.
